My name is Katelyn (Katie) Rossier and I am a registered Architect from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This blog is started based on my passion for learning, mentoring, sharing, and growing the profession.
I believe that mentoring in the architectural profession does not just happen between you and those that are more experienced but also from those that are all around you. You are learning from colleagues at your same level, above and below you. This also includes engineers, product representative, and so on. It is a profession of experiences and stories that help you grow through the profession, and I want to share these things with you. This blog will not all be posts written by me but pulling in guest posts to share their stories and experiences.
I hope this blog can also be a resource for you to discover your own career path through blogs/podcasts/books/etc that I have stumbled upon. I have found through discovering all these other entities have been inspiring and inspiration towards my own professional growth for trying to navigate my own career path.
