Section 1 : Where am I NOW?
You can’t figure out where you are going until you understand where you have been, and where you are right now. In this section there are 6 activities that will help you focus in to understand your current career or job situation.Â
Section 2 : Where do I WANT to be?
Once you have understanding of the NOW then you can take a look at the possibilities in the future, even if you don’t know where you want to go. This section includes 7 exercises to help you focus on particular areas of your career development to start taking smaller bites into discovering where you WANT to go.
Section 3 : How Good am I?
Do you doubt yourself? Welcome to the club! At this point there are just a few sections to review your skillset with self reflection AND asking OTHERS on your own skillset. Often times what we find is a normal state is an outstanding trait of ours when talking to others.

It is time to get out of your own head to learn about yourself!
Section 4 : What NOW?!?!
You have completed everything from the other sections and now it is time to take some baby steps. This section includes 5 exercises to work through to help you define where you need to go next. Is there a promotion internally that you are looking to fill? Is it time to change firms/companies to get a different experience or better align with your values? Does the fulfillment need to actually come from OUTSIDE the office? Do you need to pivot your career to something completely different?Â
